The History of Window Medics

Window Medics International Inc. perfected the technology and developed a complete window restoration process, simply know as "The Solution".
In 2004, Michael Joasil created Window Medics. Window Medics pioneered the process globally. Michael Joasil also saw the building of a state-of-the-art training facility in Minnesota to give US Dealers the very best training methods and gain the required skill sets they needed to be successful. By 2005, over 100,000 installations were conducted in the US and Patrick Pierre joined the Window Medics International team as CFO. The Dealer Program was also launched in 2005, which includes a full Business Program for dealership success. In 2006 another major training facility was established in Ottawa, Canada which also doubles as the dealer support centre serving all US, Canadian and International dealers in the Dealer Program. The success of the Window Medics brand continued, as it does today, to be dealer operated and as North America’s leading “Bolt On” business opportunity. In fact, many certified dealers also offer other services such as Window Cleaning and Window and Glass Replacement.
In 2008, new innovations in the Window Medics process were released that continued to set “The Solution” and Window Medics apart from others in the now growing Window Defogging Industry. These new innovations improved “The Solution” to perform instantly and work on more degraded thermal panes. Window Medics constant focus on quality, great service, innovation, value and community leadership has allowed it to grow into the world’s largest thermal window pane restoration company.

Over the years, Window Medics International has rescued over a million thermal pane windows that otherwise would had to have been replaced, at great savings to the owner and our environment. The founders of Window Medics International commercialized the "Window Defogging" industry and it is with that passion that they continue to forge ahead as the industry leader.”

BIOGRAPHY OF  Michael Joasil

Michael Joasil has more than 7 years of experience in Business Development and Corporate Operations.  Mr. Joasil founded his first company, Window Medics International in 2003. Here, Mr. Joasil invented intellectual property used by the Window Medics International dealer network across North America and in the United Kingdom. Window Medics International commercialized a patent pending moisture control and damage prevention system that restores clarity and insulation to failed insulated glass unit windows. The Window Medics process provides a cost effective and environmental friendly alternative to window replacements. Since December 2003, Mr. Joasil has served as Window Medics’ Chief Executive Officer.

2007, Mr. Joasil founded PureRay Corporation. Mr. Joasil invented a patent pending self-contained, solar-powered LED lighting system with a charging station and rechargeable bulbs designed for the use in the off-grid market and the developing world. Its proprietary lighting system was invented by Mr. Joasil and continues to be the world's most efficient light bulb. PureRay’s objective is to replace all fuel-based lighting with a safe and renewable alternative.  PureRay has pledged to donate 27.5 million dollars of its product to the Clinton Global Initiative Conference, an organization that caters to developing countries.

2008, Mr. Joasil Founded Livotek International,  an Ottawa based technology and consulting firm. The company was formed to help inventors bring products to market by expansion and raising capital. Also in 2008, Mr. Joasil Founded Thermonic Electric Co. TE is focused on developing high quality energy efficient products through embedding company patent pending nano chip technology. Thermonic Electric provides its clients the tools needed to enhance their profitability and the opportunity to experience financial and personal rewards. TE is the largest, most successful business of its kind around the globe today. Mr. Joasil presently serves as the Chairman.

2009, Mr. Joasil Founded Livotek Ventures. Who's mission is to invest and Acquire companies, within specific sectors to help deliver new inventions. Mr. Joasil presently serves as a managing director. Also in 2009 Mr. Joasil Founded PETRAai Inc, a new search engine technology embedding the latest in technology and digital media.

Recently Mr.Joasil was featured in the annual High Tech section of the Ottawa Citizen "They see the light."
